

Unless it's a hack of some other game but I don't think so. I mean it would be pretty impressive if it were even an RPG Maker game but somebody actually /programmed/ this too. I think the Genesis one looks pretty gorgeous though. I dunno, it's just pretty interesting - well first of all that the SNES game is the commercial one even though that game looks like ass. But there's also a fan-made Genesis game that looks like Chinese Final Fantasy or something like that. So the SNES one is the official one and I guess it was Capcom's attempt at making a Romance of the Three Kingdoms rip-off.
